• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without assigning a reason.

• All listed offers are subject to availability and governed by the T&C.

4. Severance

• Twigarden may monitor customer-uploaded content and reserves the right to remove, report, or take action against inappropriate, illegal, or abusive content.

• If any clause of this T&C is found invalid by a court, the rest of the provisions remain fully enforceable.

• You agree to indemnify Twigarden, its employees, partners, and directors against any liabilities arising from misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

5. Warranty

Products (including live plants) are delivered as described on the website, with natural variations possible. Approval from the buyer will be required if any material change is necessary.

6. Price, Payment & Delivery

• Prices displayed on the website are as per the current list price and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery timelines depend on product availability, location, and logistics.

• Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once the invoice is generated and goods are handed to the logistics partner.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the user account is under suspicion or blocked.

• Typographical or pricing errors may be corrected at any time. Orders may be cancelled if such errors are discovered.

7. Force Majeure

Twigarden will not be liable for delays due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, lockdowns, logistical failures, war, or machinery breakdowns.

These T&C are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Gurugram / Delhi NCR.

• They will not be resold or used for harmful, experimental, or anti-national activities.

• You will follow safety precautions and disposal guidelines to prevent environmental harm.

Misuse or incorrect handling is solely the buyer’s responsibility.

19. Risk of Loss

After dispatch, the risk passes to you once the product is handed to the courier partner. Any damage during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery.

Natural products (like live plants) may vary in size, shape, and appearance.
If an item does not match its description, you may return it in unused/original condition.

21. Typographical Errors & Corrections

Errors in pricing, product details, or images may occur.
Twigarden reserves the right to:

• Correct errors even after an order is placed.

• Cancel incorrectly priced orders and issue refunds within 7–10 business days.

22. Gift Card & Vouchers

• Validity Period: All Gift Cards issued by us are valid for a period of one (1) year (365 days) strictly from the date of issuance or purchase.

• Expiration: Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card after the one-year validity period will expire immediately. Expired balances cannot be refunded, revalidated, or credited back to the user's account.

• Redemption: Gift Cards may only be used to purchase eligible goods and services on [Your Website/Store Name]. They cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• No Cash Value: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. The balance on the Gift Card cannot be transferred to another account or person.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card code like cash.
