If you are in Delhi NCR, we offer 1-2 day Delivery so your plants arrive fresh and fast. For other locations across India, standard shipping timelines apply (usually 4-5 business days depending on the pin code).

Is delivery free?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹699. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout.

What is included in the Gardening Kit?

Our Gardening Kits are designed to be "ready-to-grow." Each kit includes a healthy live plant, a premium pot (Metal, Ceramic, or Glass), our nutrient-rich soil mix, and a detailed care guide. It’s perfect if you want to start gardening without buying everything separately.

Which plants are best for low-light areas or indoor use?

We have a specific collection for indoor spaces. Look for plants labeled "Low Light" or "Indoor Friendly" on our site—these are perfect for bedrooms, offices, or corners away from direct windows.

What are LECA Clay Balls used for?

LECA (Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate) is a clean, soil-free alternative for growing plants. It helps with drainage and prevents pests that usually hide in soil. It is a great option for a cleaner, modern look in your home.

Can I send an order directly to a friend as a gift?

Absolutely. Many of our customers choose Twigarden for housewarmings, birthdays, and festivals. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.

What happens if the plant is damaged during transit?

We use specialized secure packaging to keep plants safe. However, in the rare event that your plant arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
